The Finnish Act on Residential Leases, other Acts and Decrees on apartments, building, and renting, the guidelines of the Finnish Government, the housing funding authority and its guidelines on tenant selection criteria and caretaking of the buildings that have been State-subsidized, the national Act on public order, and our own rules and guidelines regulate the foundation.

The tenants may contact the whole staff of the foundation in regards of problems related to their living. If you feel like you have been treated unfairly or impolitely, you can approach management level (Customer Service Manager or Maintenance Service Manager) or Managing Director. The final level is to deliver the complaint to the foundation’s board. 

If the dispute cannot be solved within the foundation, it can be taken to the local district court. In cases of complaints and disputes, all parties have the right to express their point of view during all stages of processing the complaint or dispute and all parties are informed the final result.
