Order regulations

The Finnish Public Order Act and DAS Order Regulations, which have been created in accordance with the tenant committee for the benefit of all tenants, regulate living in the apartment building and their premises. All municipalities have a common Public Order Act, which has replaced the former order regulations of municipalities. 

For example, if you wish to organize a party, take neighbours, the peace for studying, and your flatmate into consideration. At least, remember to tell your flatmate about the party. According to DAS order regulations, causing nighttime disturbance between 22:00 and 7:00 is forbidden.
