If you wish to welcome guests, please consider your flatmates and neighbours and the peace in the building. Especially in shared apartments, it is important to consider that the guests are not supposed to disturb your flatmate. The terms of DAS tenancy agreement state that the tenant agrees to make sure that his or her guests follow rules on cleanliness, order regulations, caution and good manners in the premises and the surroundings of the buildings, and pay for all damages that the tenant him-/herself or their guests might have caused on purpose or by mistake.
