DAS at your service

Customer service handles issues concerning applying, apartment offers, tenancy agreements, invoicing and tenant services.

Phone service is open on weekdays between 12–16.

Tenants can handle business with DAS 24/7 through tenant pages.

DAS Office

Opening Hours:

  • Mon – Tue and Thu - Fri klo 12 noon to 3 pm
  • Wed  12 noon to 4 pm

The first working day of every month office is open 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

You have to show your ID card / passport first when you are picking up the keys.

Key return

You can return the keys  in an envelope outside office hours to DAS office’s mailbox: DAS Kelo, Yliopistonkatu 21. Write your name on the top of the envelope.

All our other electronic services can also be used or our email dasaspa@das.fi.
