Parking Enforcement
All enquiries regarding parking enforcement and parking penalty charges should be directed to Aimo Park, tel. 020 781 2401, or submitted using the parking enforcement request form.
Reserving a Parking Space
Parking spaces can be reserved through the online booking system on the tenant pages. Parking spaces are subject to a fee, which will be added to your monthly invoice. Keys for heating posts are available from DAS Customer Service.
If no parking spaces are available at your property, you may reserve a space at another DAS property within the same residential area. Parking spaces can only be reserved within your own residential area. Residential areas include Rantavitikka, Anninportti, Asemarinne and Kuntotie.
Guest Parking
Guests may park temporarily in designated guest parking spaces. Please note that not all properties have guest parking available.
If there are no guest parking spaces, you can check the tenant pages to see whether any parking spaces are currently unreserved. Guests may use an unreserved parking space temporarily, but the vehicle must be moved if the space is later reserved for use.
Heating Posts
Heating Cables
Always disconnect the heating cable after use. A cable left connected to a heating post may create a safety risk for children and pets and may interfere with property maintenance work.
Any heating cable that is used against instructions or interferes with maintenance work may be disconnected from the heating post.
Interior Heaters and Electric Vehicle Charging Are Prohibited
The use of interior car heaters and charging electric or hybrid vehicles from heating posts is prohibited. Heating posts are intended solely for vehicle engine heating.
Misuse may cause fuses to blow, resulting in heating posts becoming unavailable for multiple parking spaces. Any costs caused by misuse may be charged to the tenant.
Parking on the Property
Parking is only permitted in designated or reserved parking spaces.
Fire routes, maintenance access routes, walkways and other access routes must always be kept clear.
