Utility Fee

In addition to the rent, a monthly utility fee of €24/person/apartment place is charged (due date is the 6th of each month). The utility fee covers electricity (€10) and water (€14).

At DAS Venla, DAS Kirstinkoto, DAS Tuomas and DAS Juhani the utility fee is €10/person/apartment place, and water is billed monthly according to consumption.

Tenants do not need to make their own electricity contract. The utility fee is charged according to the number of persons and/or apartment places. The number of apartment places corresponds to the number of rooms in the apartment. For example, if a tenant lives alone in a two-room apartment, they are charged for two utility fees.

Furniture Fee

Some DAS apartments are pre-furnished: DAS Rovala, DAS IX, DAS Lauri, DAS Eero and DAS Timo. In these locations, a furniture fee of €21/month is charged.

Service Fee

A €50 service fee is charged for all contract changes (for example, adding a spouse or flatmate to a shared lease), fixed-term contracts, and internal transfers within the foundation.

Furnished Apartments

Furnished apartments include basic furniture: bed, mattress and mattress topper, desk, chair, ceiling lamp, and wardrobe.

Kitchen equipment: dining table and chairs, oven/stove, fridge-freezer, kitchen cabinets, microwave, and electric kettle.
