Club rooms
Club rooms are reserved through the online reservation system on the tenants’ pages. In addition to an automatic confirmation message, the tenant receives a separate reservation confirmation containing either a personal access code or instructions for picking up the club room key.
Some club rooms are available for booking by all DAS tenants, while others can only be booked by tenants of their own residential area. The booking system on the tenant portal displays only those club rooms that are available for booking by the tenant in question.
Reservations and cancellations must be made no later than one week before the reservation date. Reservations starting within the same week can no longer be made or cancelled.
One tenant may reserve the same club room for a maximum of two days per week.
All club rooms have a small kitchen area equipped with, for example, a refrigerator, an oven, and a stove.
The rooms also contain some dishes, as well as cookware and serving dishes.
The club room is available on the reservation date from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
