You may live in DAS student housing as long as your right to study remains valid.
We verify annually that your right to study is still valid. Proof of student status must be provided with a certificate of enrolment issued by your educational institution. For information on how to obtain the certificate, please contact your institution directly.
When your studies end, your eligibility for DAS student housing also ends. If necessary, DAS may terminate your tenancy agreement.
