In the furnished apartments, there are basic furniture:

• a bed
• a mattress with a mattress pad
• a desk
• a chair
• a ceiling lamp and
• a wardrobe.

In the kitchen, there is

• a kitchen table
• chairs
• an oven/stove
• a fridge/freezer and
• kitchen cabinets.
• there are also microwave and electric kettle in the kitchen

The style of furniture might vary between rooms.

There is no cleaning service, cleaning equipment, cutlery, dishes or cooking utensils in the kitchens. You also need to bring your own pillows, blankets, sheets, towels and curtains. You need to use bed linen (pillowcase, sheet and duvet cover) in your bed.

Internet connection is included in your rent.

Recycling space is kept by an organization called ESN Lapland. They collect items (mostly dishes and cutlery) from other students who move out and want to recycle the stuff they don’t want to use anymore.
