At the moment all DAS apartments are occupied and with that the parking spots are also getting fully booked.
Please park only in your reserved spot. Parking the car in other than marked spots is not allowed.
As a DAS tenant, you can reserve a parking spot for yourself through the tenant pages. The parking spot costs €7/month and it is added to the rent invoice.
Did you know that if the parking spots in the yard of your house are fully booked, you can reserve a parking spot in the yard of another DAS building.
A few exceptions to the rule:
- In Anninporti and DAS V Tievakatu 3, you can reserve 1 parking spot per lease due to the limited number of parking spots.
- DAS Venla parking spots can only be reserved for DAS Venla residents.
All parking spots have a heating pole.
