DAS Juhani and Tuomas were ready from the basic renovation at the beginning of August. The new tenants were able to move into the houses from August 1, 2023.

We continue to develop the housing stock! At the beginning of August, the basic renovations of DAS Aapo and Simeoni began. The houses are move in ready on September 1, 2024. DAS Aapo will have 38 studios and 5 two-room apartments and DAS Simeoni will have 48 studios.
