The earliest occasion, when you can obtain the keys of your apartment, is the moving date, which is the starting date of your agreement – or if this starting date happens to be placed on a weekend, the following weekday. The previous tenant of the apartment has the right to keep the keys of the apartment until 12 o’clock in the afternoon on the next weekday after the day his or her tenancy agreement has ended.
The earliest occasion you can get the keys from our office is the weekday preceding the starting date of your agreement, if the keys have been returned to us before this day.
You can also pick up the keys on any day after the starting date of your agreement during the DAS open hours.
If you cannot pick up the keys from our office during our open hours, you can
1) authorize someone you know to pick up the keys on your behalf by sending us the personal information (name and date of birth) of the person to us beforehand.
2) book the key handout-service provided by a security company. The service costs 45 € and in case you want to use it, contact DAS customer service at dasaspa@das.fi well before your arrival
