DAS keeps developing housing stock

The renovations in DAS Aapo and Simeoni are going well and the houses will be move-in ready September 1, 2024. There will be 38 studios and 5 pcs 2-room apartments in DAS Aapo and 48 studios in DAS Simeoni. 

On February 23, 2024, we celebrated the roofing ceremony of the buildings.  Traditionally at the roofing ceremony pea soup was served for lunch, and cake and coffee ended the event.

DAS will continue to develop the housing stock after DAS Aapo and Simeoni. Next renovation haas been planned for the DAS III building. In the summer of 2024, it will be clear whether we are able to start the renovations.

If we are able to start to renovate the building, the renovation will start in September 2024.
