Thank you for the tenants who answered the inquiry. Your opinions about matters that are great or not so good at DAS are very important for us in developing our services.  We hope that as many tenant as possible would give their opinions so that the inquiry would give as comprehensive result as possible. The response rate was this year 26 %.

The main reasons for living in DAS were the price level, location and services provided by DAS. You were very happy with the recycling of waste. You wish more renovation of the apartments and better temperature control. Based on the responses to the inquiry, we will evaluate and develop communication and information for tenants. We also evaluate and develop issues related to property maintenance and upkeep together with our partners.

We held a raffle for the respondents who had submitted their contact details. The raffle prize was 3 WOLT credits worth 30 €/each. The winners have been contacted personally.
