Thank you for the tenants who answered the inquiry. Your opinions about matters that are great or not so good at DAS are very important for us in developing our services. The response rate was this year 26 %.

According to the feedback we will develop further our process of notices of faults and customer services response time.

You were particularly pleased with the price level and location. Your wish was a surface renovation of the apartments and better temperature control. In your answers, the possibility of sorting waste was considered a good thing, and we at DAS are really happy that environmental issues are important to you. To make recycling even better, you want bigger waste bins and shorter emptying intervals.

Based on the responses to the survey, we will evaluate and develop the note of fault report process and issues concerning response times in customer service. In addition, we will evaluate and develop issues related to property maintenance and service together with our partners.
